    Senior Software Engineer, iOS at Capital One

    What You'll Do:
    • Develop iOS solutions aligned with Product Strategy
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
    • Participate in agile ceremonies to ensure timely and top-quality delivery
    • Advocate for the mobile platform within and outside the organization
    • Stay updated on mobile development technologies and best practices
    • Mentor team members and contribute to group discussions
    • Lead the delivery of key components in collaboration with senior team members
    • Share best practices and enhance processes across teams
    • Address technical challenges and drive innovative solutions
    • Review code to ensure compliance with language standards
    • Provide leadership and expertise in the field
    Basic Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Min. 4 years of software engineering experience
    • Min. 2 years of iOS development experience
    • Min. 2 years of Swift experience
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of iOS development experience
    • 3+ years of Swift experience
    • Experience with open source frameworks and Agile practices
