Administrative Assistant
Reports to:
EVP, Head of Employee Benefits
Location:
Hybrid - two days per week in the West LA Office

The Administrative Assistant role is a great way to gain experience in the insurance industry and add valuable experience to your resume.
This role will actively support the EVP, Head of Employee BenefitsDuties & Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Manage expense reports.
- Meeting logistics, including catering.
- Maintaining contact lists.
- Producing and distributing correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Developing and maintaining a filing system.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Booking travel arrangements.
- Hybrid work arrangement; two days per week in the West LA Office.
Qualifications:
- High level of professionalism, courtesy, and integrity.
- 5+ years of basic administrative experience.
- Team player with the ability to frequently change priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Superior record for attendance and punctuality.
- High school diploma or equivalent essential.
- Proficient in MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Insurance experience is a plus.
