- Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize manufacturing processes and boost productivity.
- Supervise daily operations at the manufacturing facility, ensuring production goals are met while upholding quality and safety standards.

- Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing management, demonstrating success in leading production operations.
