Responsibilities:
- Answer and assist all service phone calls Schedule and Monitor service department appointments
- Follow up and reschedule missed service appointments Follow up calls to service customer due for maintenance or other services
- Follow up to service customers with open recalls and alerts
- Respond to Internet Service inquiries Respond to customer requesting to chat with Service Department on our website
- Bring all customer concerns and complaints to the attention of the management team
- Any other duties assigned
- Spanish or Cantonese or Mandarin a must
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Spanish languages
- Previous experience in dealership, retail sales, outbound sales, or customer service
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to effectively conduct cold calling and outbound sales
- Organizational skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Pay:
$17.00 per hour
