DH-STUDENT (M/W/D) - MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

We are looking for you as a dual student (m/f/d) for a dual study program at our location in Sasbach and the DHBW Karlsruhe.

Benefit from the best of both worlds - combining theory and practice

In cooperation with the DHBW Karlsruhe, we offer dual bachelor's degree programs in the fields of mechanical engineering and industrial engineering (major: production and logistics).

During the three-year program, theory phases take place at the DHBW Karlsruhe in alternation with practical phases at Wiha. You will go through various departments in the company.

At the beginning, you will learn the basics of metal processing and forming technology before working independently on projects in the specialist departments.

Exciting challenges await you:
designing new parts, developing with CAD technologies, production planning and control, project planning, and process optimization. We also offer the opportunity for an international stay at our sister company Wiha Tools.

What you bring:
General or specialized university entrance qualification

In school, you are passionate about mathematics, technology, and natural sciences. You can confidently hold conversations in English.

You have a structured and analytical way of thinking

You have already demonstrated manual dexterity, willingness to perform, and teamwork in a school project or in your free time

Recognized degree as Bachelor of Engineering

Short training period: 3 years / 6 semesters
