Construction Project Manager Construction Project Manager/

Field Supervisor Summary:

Responsible for the successful management of construction work projects, from proposal to completion for landscaping, decks, concrete, retaining walls, interior remodeling and other projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Accurately prepare bids by utilizing field collected data and standard computer softwareLine out subcontractors and communicate project specificationsRead and interpret construction plans/drawingsAcquire permits as neededVisit jobs in progress; review questions or problems that may ariseAdd and update project information in CRM softwareProficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPointSubmit requests for purchase ordersDevelop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with vendors and subcontractors, insuring accountability and quality for priceConstantly promote and encourage adherence to company policies and best practicesCommunicate project statuses and pertinent information with clients and keep them informed Field Experience Minimum 5 years of verifiable field experience with project estimating or design-build workPrior construction experience is requiredStrong estimation background, with working knowledge of construction Communication Skills Ability to read, write and comprehend English and communicate effectivelyAbility to effectively communicate with employees, clients and subcontractorsBilingual (English/Portuguese) a plus Certificates, Licenses and Registrations As required by state and federal lawMassachusetts CSL (construction supervisor license) is requiredHICL is a plusValid driver license issued by the state where employed Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong customer service skills, with internal and external clientsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and perform well under deadlinesOrganizational skillsBasic computer skills (emails, excel, word, internet browsing, etc.)

Flexible schedule- ability to work evenings and/or weekends as neededExperience working with commercial property managers, vendors, consultants and architects a plus Physical Demands:

Salary $70, $85,000.00 per year fixed salary pending experience and credentials, plus our bonus structure is geared to increase salary averaging between $80,000 - $100,000 annually from project completion.
