Job Overview:

As a Customer Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our valued customers.

You will be the primary point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and support, working diligently to address customer needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and provide updates on delivery status.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, ensuring all interactions are properly documented for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year proven experience as a Customer Sales Representative or in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changes.
• A customerfocused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
