Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience as a Customer Sales Representative or in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changes.
- A customerfocused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
