    Production OperatorFor 40 years, our client has been making the best audio hardware and software for the professional AV market.

    Our client manufactures products designed to optimize the audio landscaping.


    SUMMARY:


    As a Production Operator I, you will work as part of a team to produce quality electronic equipment within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

    A Production Operator I flexes easily between tasks and seeks to be proficient at all tasks within their assigned functional area.


    SHIFTS & PAY:

    DAY:
    Mon-Thurs 5:00 AM-3:30 PM @ $17.50/hr


    SWING:
    Mon-Thurs 3:15 PM-1:45 AM @ $18.55/hr


    DUTIES:
    Fabricates or assembles electronic equipment according to written work instructionsDelivers materials to point of consumption in response to Kanban signalsFlexes to multiple work areas daily based on established patternsAccurately performs inventory transactionsContributes to continuous improvement projectsKeeps work area well organized and cleanAdditional duties as assigned by Supervisor


    QUALIFICATIONS:


    Minimal related work experienceAttendance and Punctuality is a mustPossesses excellent verbal and written skills in EnglishAble to multi-task and be flexible in a dynamic work environment while maintaining strong attention to detailAbility to adjust work pace in response to daily production dataFamiliarity with computers and Windows-based applicationsTraining with Lean manufacturing principles is preferredMust be able to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and diffuse challenging situations using acceptable and appropriate methodsAPPLY TODAY ONLINE OR GIVE US A CALL PrideStaff Portland is a locally owned and operated Staffing Agency.
