Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project management team.
- Monitor and ensure projects are executed in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Technical Expertise:
- Provide engineering support, ensuring that construction activities align with project requirements.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, subcontractors, and suppliers, to facilitate project milestones.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders to ensure transparency and address any issues promptly.
Quality Control and Assurance:
- Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure projects meet or exceed industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve any construction-related issues.
Cost Management:
- Monitor project costs, analyze variances, and implement cost-effective measures to ensure projects stay within budget.
- Assist in the preparation of project estimates and proposals.
Safety Compliance:
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct safety audits and participate in safety training initiatives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
