- Create personalized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and parents to support academic achievement.
- Maintain regular documentation on progress and outcomes of interventions.
- Engage in team meetings to coordinate support strategies for students.
- Educate families and school staff on techniques to enhance communication skills beyond therapy sessions.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid NJ state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Preference for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Background in school environments or with children is advantageous.
