- Assess and provide treatment for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Create personalized care plans in coordination with teachers and parents to support academic achievement.
- Monitor and document treatment progress and outcomes regularly.
- Contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings for student support planning.
- Educate families and school staff on promoting communication skills beyond therapy sessions.
- Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Active NJ state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Preference for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Experience in a school environment or with pediatric populations.
- Demonstrate strong organizational abilities and effective communication skills.
