For our TUI travel agency in Alfeld, we are looking for a full-time or part-time (minimum 20 hours/week) tourism clerk / travel salesperson (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Selling tourist services from our entire product range
Providing competent advice and enthusiasm to our customers
Actively acquiring and retaining customers through friendly and interactive communication (in person, by phone, email, internet & social media) and a high level of service orientation
Corresponding with customers and service providers
Assisting in optimizing our work processes
Supporting the team with all tasks in the travel agency

ABOUT YOU

Completed training as a travel salesperson or tourism clerk
Previous experience in a fullservice travel agency is an advantage, but beginners are also welcome
Strong knowledge of the industry, products, and destinations
Proficiency in using reservation/booking systems
Excellent written and spoken German skills
Sales and customer service talent with a goaloriented and serviceoriented approach to work
Interest in modern technology and multimedia communication
Communicative, dedicated personality with a strong team spirit
