- JOB SUMMARY:
- The Coordinator of the Security Operations Center supervises the daytoday operational and administrative aspects of the 24/7 security operations center. Essential work functions include acting as an emergency manager, coordinating communication and response to incidents at schools, and serving as the afterhours point of contact for the Division. This position is considered essential because it requires the ability to report to work during poor weather conditions or other emergencies. It requires a nontraditional work schedule of rotating days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
