- Act as a primary technical resource, offering solutions to improve process efficiency and product quality based on engineering principles.
- Coordinate with production teams for machine setups and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless operation and adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements to reduce waste and improve yields.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process modifications and participating in new product development from an engineering perspective.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Proficient in advanced engineering problem-solving and project management, with the ability to drive process optimizations and safety improvements. Skilled in developing and delivering targeted training for engineering and production teams, underpinned by strong communication skills. Demonstrated leadership and ability to work collaboratively or independently, maintaining high efficiency in fast-paced settings. Familiar with CAD software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Solid foundational math skills for engineering analysis, proficient in interpreting machine drawings, and maintaining accurate records. Capable of operating specialized equipment.

Working Conditions:
