Job Summary

We are a Specialty Flooring Contractor in business for 30 years looking to hire multiple skilled Epoxy/Urethane Flooring Finisher Installers.

We are looking for highly motivated self-starters, and productive individuals to join our Southern California team. Must be able to work well with others and possess good work ethics.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Physical labor including, but not limited to:

• Material handling
• Installing custom coating systems
• Taping and cleanup
• Troweling, grinding and sealing floors
• Operating handheld power tools and other equipment

Minimum Qualifications:

• Epoxy experience
• Proof of Citizenship / Residency
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have dependable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to travel to Southern California project sites (company pays lodging and daily/drivetime per diems)

Compensation and Benefits:

- $30/hr starting rate for skilled finishers
