Westwood, MI's gaetan-data GmbH has been advising, training, and supporting job seekers since 1992.

At ten locations throughout Germany, our coaches work responsibly with individuals from various professional backgrounds. The collaborative approach with our clients is the hallmark of our gaetan team.

We are currently seeking freelance coaches for our Berlin - Prenzlauer Berg location to work with academics, professionals, and recent graduates.

Responsibilities:

Work with us to help our clients achieve professional success.
Collaborate with clients to develop the best strategy for their (re)entry into the workforce.
As a coach, you will have oneonone sessions with your clients. You will identify their strengths and opportunities in the job market and develop an individualized perspective. You will guide them through the application process, optimize their selfpresentation, and develop their professional potential.
This is a challenging role with a unique focus. You will have the opportunity to shape your work style and environment.

Qualifications:

You have previous coaching experience, ideally with professionals and executives, and have completed relevant training.
You are familiar with the local job market and enjoy working with people.
You are able to create a trusting and supportive environment.
Experience with virtual coaching and knowledge of virtual coaching techniques is a plus.
Ideally, you also have coaching experience in English or feel confident coaching in English.
