Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients

Provide excellent customer service

Quote and bind insurance policies

Renew policies

Handle claims

Complete all required paperwork and documentation

Stay up-to-date on insurance regulations


Qualifications:

Current AZ Personal lines or Property and Casualty Insurance License

Experience with EzLynx

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to meet and exceed sales goals

Ability to pass a background check

Compensation

Minimum starting salary is $44,000 per year, plus commissions

Target minimum commission is $30,000 per year. There is no cap

Minimum of 12 paid personal days per year, plus paid holidays

Workweek:
Monday - Friday from 8-5, with some flexibility
