Your responsibilities:

  • Together with your team, you ensure a wellmaintained branch and a seamless shopping experience for our customers
  • Whether it's stocking and presenting merchandise, baking, or operating the cash register, you are always ready to lend a hand and give your full effort
  • You support the branch manager by leading shifts, coordinating tasks, and implementing our branch concepts
  • Additionally, you take on tasks such as inventory management, cleaning, and organizing the storage area

Your profile:

  • Previous experience in retail or a similar industry, ideally with some leadership experience such as shift management
  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for inspiring and motivating others
  • Efficient and fastworking
  • Reliable and willing to work flexible shifts

Your benefits:

  • Aboveaverage starting wage of €14.00/hour (even without a completed vocational training) plus vacation and Christmas bonuses
