Where You'll Work:

Shift/Working Hours: 5pm to 5am. 3 days on and 3 days off. Days do rotate

OT is available.

What You'll Do:

Ability to operate a forklift.

Follows SAP recipe.

Using RF scan gun picks raw material from warehouse and batching room totes.

Weighs partial bags of material for blending room operations.

Ability to use RF scan gun.

Interpret production schedule in chronological order to determine next raw material to pick/weigh to prevent downtime.

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while also maintaining a hazard free work area.

Maintain work area in a clean and safe manner.

Maintain GMPS, PPE, and 5S standards.

Reports all Accidents and Near-misses immediately.

Other duties and projects as assigned.

What You'll Need To Be Successful And Safe:

Minimum Requirements:
Organizational & excellent communication skills.

Ability to read, write and communicate in English at a level to facilitate the understanding of the terminology of the job.

Previous experience operating a sit-down forklift.

Basic computer experience.

Ability to comprehend and follow written and/or verbal procedures or instructions.

Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Previous work experience within a food manufacturing and distribution environment preferred.

Previous experience using SAP preferred.

Previous experience with scanners/RF guns preferred.

Working Conditions:
Food manufacturing plant

Warehouse environment

Physical Requirements:
Ability kneel, bend, squat, stoop, carry, reach, stand, grip, push, pull, arm extensions and perform elevated work.

Ability to work in hot, cold, or wet environments.

Ability to lift 50 pounds continuously.

Ability to work overtime and use a flexible schedule.

Ability to walk up to 135 feet one way many times a day.

Ability to continuously stand/walk up to 12 hours.

Ability to climb stairs or ladder.
