- Coordinate grief counseling services for patients and families
- Develop and enhance the Bereavement Program
- Offer support to hospice staff dealing with work-related grief
- Provide bereavement information and referrals to community members
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or equivalent
- Experience in clinical grief counseling
- Understanding of grief response and loss counseling
- Familiarity with end-of-life care
- Knowledge of hospice care philosophy
