- Deploying standards to facilitate sustainment
- Conducting instructor led and web based training.
- Operational knowledge of the ADDIE (analysis, design, development) method.
- Interacting with IBM and client leadership to deploy training programs.
- 3+ years experience using SAP Enable Now or equivalent tools developing web-based training courses with scripting / recording system simulations
- 2+ years experience with SuccessFactors or equivalent tools
- Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge of training methodologies and tools such as ADDIE
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years demonstrated experience in providing training solutions for IT user communities.
- 6+ years client management and communication skills
- Knowledge of and experience with DoD and specifically Navy ERP
- Mapping business processes using Visio, PowerPoint, Mural, or similar programs
- Able to function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
