For my architecture office in Herndon, PA, I am looking for a part-time architect (approximately 25 hours) for exciting projects in the areas of new construction, renovation, and project development.


The office, founded in April 2020, is experiencing rapid growth and continuous development, offering you the opportunity to contribute and shape the future of the office.


You can expect a variety of projects in the Rhine-Main area, which cover a wide range of architectural design areas.


Responsibilities:

  • You will work in all phases of the HOAI (German fee structure for architects and engineers)
  • Your daily tasks will include design planning, approval planning, and execution planning
  • Communication with craftsmen, clients, and authorities is also part of your responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in architecture
  • Ideally, you have several years of professional experience
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of relevant legal regulations (e.g. HBO, VOB, etc.)
  • Your willingness to familiarize yourself with new work processes, as well as your flexibility in handling new tasks, sets you apart
  • High commitment, reliability, and independent work are a given for you
  • Excellent CAD skills (ideally in Allplan)
  • Proficient in MS Office is desirable
