Summary

Job Summary This position is aligned to the Identity & Access Management team and will be responsible for identifying strategies for access security in clinical systems, including the Epic EHR system. The role will involve working closely with various stakeholders, including IT, security, and clinical teams, to implement and maintain clinical systems' security IAM processes. The IT Solution Analyst is responsible for providing technical and workflow support for the IT systems. They troubleshoot and resolve workflow and production issues, perform root cause analysis, and participate in the development and implementation of solutions to prevent future incidents, and provide guidance on workflow and system improvements. They review and perform validation of changes, new enhancements, or features and make best practice recommendations to stakeholders regarding implementation options. new software, application, or code releases and provide feedback on system performance and usability. The analyst must have a thorough understanding of healthcare as well as technical expertise in the relevant systems and technologies. IT Solutions Analyst I Job Requirements Education Preferred: Associate degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field Experience Required: 2 years of experience in healthcare and/or IT support, including experience with relevant IT applications OR Associate degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Skills Basic analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team or independently with direction Familiarity with relevant IT applications Understanding of healthcare industry terminology and processes Familiarity with ticketing systems to log, track, and manage support requests Basic skills in documenting workflow troubleshooting steps and resolution, and/or end user education. Licensure/Certification/Registration N/A IT Solutions Analyst II Job Requirements Education Preferred: Associate degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Experience Required: 4 years of experience in healthcare and/or IT support, including experience with relevant IT applications OR Associate degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using and troubleshooting relevant end user applications/systems Understanding of application/systems/solution integration with other IT solutions/infrastructure. Ability to collaborate with hospital staff, IT teams, and vendors Basic understanding of end user workflows related to technology utilization Functions independently with some assistance from senior team members Licensure/Certification/Registration N/A IT Solutions Analyst III Job Requirements Education Preferred: Associate degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field Experience Required: 4 years of experience in healthcare and/or IT support, including experience with relevant IT applications OR Associate degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Skills In-depth understanding of end user processes and related IT solutions Assist end users during transitions to new systems and workflows Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex issues and optimize system performance Utilize data to support decision making and improve operational efficiency Functions independently with limited assistance from senior team members Licensure/Certification/Registration n/a IT Solutions Analyst IV Job Requirements Education Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, a related field. Experience Required: 8+ years of experience in healthcare and/or IT support, including experience with relevant IT applications OR Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, a related field. Skills High –level understanding of end user process, related IT solutions, and relevant emerging technologies Lead IT initiatives, provide mentorship, and guide junior staff. Identify and mitigate risks related to end user systems and relevant workflows Propose and implement advanced solutions Contribute to the development of long-term strategies Licensure/Certification/Registration n/a
