- Job Summary The Information Technology Production Support Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, and reliability of IT systems and applications used by an organization. The role involves monitoring system performance, identifying, and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that all systems are operating efficiently. The Information Technology Production Support Analyst will also be responsible for providing technical support to end-users and working with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Job Requirements Education Preferred: Associate degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Experience Required: 2 years of experience in healthcare and/or IT production support, with a focus on application support and troubleshooting OR Associate degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Skills Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues Strong communication skills to interact with end users, understand their issues, and provide efficient solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience. Ability to utilize documentation to problem solve Ability to create and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documents for recurring issues and solutions. Proficiency in using ticketing systems to document issues, track progress, and ensure timely resolution. Ability to manage tasks and work under pressure. Licensure/Certification/Registration N/A
