YOUR TASKS

You develop new approaches in the area of inpatient and outpatient revenue assurance for acute and rehabilitation medicine and implement them in a targeted manner
You act as a competent partner for management and chief physicians and advise them in the area of service provision and development
Together with your team, you ensure high coding quality
You manage the medical process flows for the remuneration-relevant structural requirements
You are the first point of contact for internal and external partners and ensure smooth interface management
You prepare budget negotiations and accompany them with a focus on results
You lead the teams of revenue management, patient management and archives in a professional and disciplinary manner

YOUR PROFILE

You have a degree in business administration / hospital management / medicine / nursing or a comparable qualification with a successful career in the hospital sector or on the payer side
