Podcast Editor


1. Podcast Episode Production

  • Edit and shoot engaging podcast episodes.
  • Create compelling promotional content for each episode.

2. Communication and Collaboration

  • Coordinate with onair talent to ensure timely receipt of necessary footage.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with talent regarding revisions, ensuring their vision aligns with the final product.
  • Provide technical support to resolve any issues or challenges that talent may encounter during recording or editing.

3. Content Management

  • Craft intriguing titles and episode descriptions, keeping the audience engaged and curious.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure the final episode is polished and ready for upload.

4. Podcast Distribution

  • Upload podcast episodes to the Megaphone platform, adding essential details such as ad locators, descriptions, and titles.
  • Upload podcast content to YouTube, enhancing it with eyecatching thumbnails, end cards, descriptions, and titles.

5. Ad Integration

  • Mix audio ads according to certain specifications, contributing to the monetization of our content.
  • Collaborate with the Spotify team, sending them the mixed audio ads and keeping them informed about ad placements in Megaphone.
  • Seamlessly integrate video ads into the YouTube version of our podcasts.

6. Availability and Reliability

  • Maintain regular working hours from 9 am to 5 pm PST, ensuring you are available to tackle any production needs during core business hours.
  • Embody a communicative, organized, and reliable approach to your work, ensuring seamless collaboration with our team.

Pay:
$70, $90,000.00 per year
