This position is available immediately, either part-time or full-time.

Our living areas in the Evangelical Senior Center are spread over three floors and offer 80 full-time care places as well as 5 short-term and respite care places.

The senior center is located in the city of Brandenburg and is part of a spacious park.

A popular recreational area is located in the immediate vicinity and the train station and city center are easily accessible.

What tasks can you look forward to? * You will manage, coordinate and plan the staffing according to the needs of your living area.

* You will monitor the quality of care and provide specialized care for the elderly residents. * You will lead and supervise regular training and development for the staff in your area.
