For our client, a renowned research company based in Berlin-Zehlendorf, we are currently looking for a Human Resources Officer (m/f/x) in full-time or part-time. Become part of a friendly team with your application. This position is a direct permanent employment with our client. We support you in the placement process and offer all services free of charge.

What to expect:

  • Processing of all personnel matters from entry to exit for various employment groups
  • Support of personnel-oriented projects, e.g. the introduction of digital personnel files
  • Identification of potential for optimization and digitization possibilities in the personnel area
  • Consultation of managers and employees on collective bargaining, labor and social security law issues
  • Formulation of job descriptions and creation of evaluations
  • Participation in recruitment processes (e.g. formulation of job advertisements and quality checks)

What you bring:

  • Completed university degree with a focus on human resources (FH/bachelor) or commercial training, ideally with additional qualifications in human resources, alternatively equivalent experience
  • Several years of professional experience in the generalist area of personnel administration (preferably in the public sector or NGO) and basic knowledge of collective bargaining law in the public sector
