- Creating New Part Numbers, release Hard Code Part Numbers, Bills of Material, Routing in Mac Pac for system boxes
- Support Account Manager with Quotes, PO, and Sales Orders updates.
- Work with Account Manager and within the Customer Portals to resolve sales order issues, manage customer hot list and align orders with customer dates.
- Complete analysis of bill of materials (BOM) or Pricing data.
- Focuses on improving and documenting existing processes or products that impact technical area or local plant.
- Creating and managing PLM ECOs, Customer Branding, Customer Spec alignment.
- Assist team with managing Prototype Sales Orders based on status requirements (ex: FAI, Eng Holds, Stop Works, SOs, inventory, mod MOs, etc.).
- Assist team with best practice Business System needs and help ensure all designs and products meet company standards and requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or two-year degree and related experience, or equivalent experience (5-8 years)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Teams, Word)
- Understanding and working with Rule Trees
- Detail-Oriented and organized
- Ability to follow complex directions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Mac Pac and New Business System (SO/MO maintenance; Create Part Numbers, BOMs, Routings, Inventory Mod Transactions)
