POSITION:
Customer Service Specialist


DIVISION:
Administrative Services


WAGES:
Grade 10 Hourly Wages ($ $29.55)


BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

The Customer Service Specialist will be the liaison between the Will County Health Department and its current and potential customers, clients, and patients (patrons).

This individual will work in a call center, working closely with other team members to provide exceptional patrons service by listening attentively to understand the reason for their call and address all questions and concerns.


REQUIREMENTS:

Verification of U.S. citizenship or employment eligibility. Must possess a valid Illinois Driver's License, with minimum auto liability insurance.


Pay:
$ $30.66 per hour

Expected hours: 37.50 per week
