General Duties and Objectives _
-
1. Trim

• Out Team_
• Ability to travel to jobs across the country for 4 6 weeks at time. Travel provided.
• Heavy Focus on current project in State College, PA.
• Trim outs
• Punching down
• Testing
• IDF & MDF organizations
• Installing WAPs
• Experience with outside plant work or inside plant work such as pulling cabling, etc.
• Working with small team of tech to complete work under set schedule
• Ability to work on new construction site in various conditions and equipment such as ladders or lifts.
• Maintain professional demeanor in all communications with customers, employees, and other members of management.

2. Daily Operations_

• Present yourself in a professional manner that represents what the company expects.
• Maintaining a positive attitude in relation to the company, customers, employees, and your job.
• Show up to site for 46 weeks at a time then go on break for 1 week and then return to assigned site with team to complete necessary work.

Pay:
$ $32.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
