Export, Shipping and Customs Processing Clerk

YOUR TASKS

  • Handling of all shipping activities internally and externally, including the selection of carriers (road, air, and sea)
  • Preparation of all relevant documents for transport and customs
  • Ensuring material disposition with external warehouse
  • Verification of billing from transport service providers, administration, and document filing
  • Ensuring the issuance of customs clearance orders
  • Correspondence (in German and English) with all internal and external business partners involved in the supply chain
  • Preparation of cost estimates for transport, handling
