Your responsibilities in the nursing home

Assisting in the planning, organization, and execution of events
Assisting in the planning and execution of activities in close collaboration with the management/specialist of the social services department
Individual care at the bedside
Activation and preservation of residents' resources
Close cooperation with all professional groups in the facility
Participation in decorating common areas
Documentation of services provided

Your profile as a social care worker (m/f/d)

Willingness to participate in further training and education in the relevant field
Experience in occupational therapy (beneficial, but not required)
Organizational skills
