- Processes order on the MICROS POS
- Prepares food order for delivery to the guest
- Prepares non-alcoholic drink order for delivery to the guest
- Ensures guest order has appropriate silverware and condiments
- Prompt and timely delivery of order to guest
- At the designated location, follows expected service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Processes payment on the MICROS POS for each guest order
- Assists service team as necessary to meet and exceed the guests' expectations
- Ensuring that there are necessary supplies for the shift
- Restocking all needed items to bring them up to par
- Setting out condiments as appropriate
- Perform related duties as assigned by Manager.
- Maintain compliance with all company and brand policies and procedures.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

The Room Service (WiQ) Server is responsible for receiving, packing, delivering and processing all Room Service orders throughout the hotel.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and has the ability to create 100% guest satisfaction by providing "Can Do" attitude and genuine hospitality and by exceeding guest expectations.
Flexible scheduling availability is a must as this position may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
