Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.


Duties:


  • Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding order status, product availability, pricing, and promotions
  • Assist customers with product returns, exchanges, and refunds
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
  • Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our products or services
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their inquiries

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus (multilingual)
  • Strong ability to upsell products and services
  • Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Outstanding problemsolving skills and ability to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism

Pay:
$30,500.00 per year
