Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Construction Project Manager:

Must have at least 10yrs of Construction Management experience
Must have a strong understanding of scoping, buyout, cost control and communication skills.
Must have knowledge of concrete-construction, documents, concrete materials, and characteristics, concrete formwork systems, equipment utilization, scheduling and managing subcontractors.
No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years

Responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager:

Develop comprehensive and complete scopes of work
Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope
Responsible for financial success of projects. This includes very detailed weekly selfperformed labor costing and budget control
Develop and maintain a project schedule
Develops and maintains customer relationships to enhance company's ability to procure projects, reduce risk, and ensure operation efficiency.
Provide strong leadership and guidance to field and site superintendents
Represent company/project in meetings with client, subcontractors, etc., as required
Performs other tasks as provided by Supervisor

Requirements of the Construction Project Manager:

Four years Management or Engineering Degree or, equivalent combination of technical training and related experience
Thorough and wideranging knowledge of concreteconstruction, documents, concrete materials, and characteristics, concrete formwork systems, equipment utilization, scheduling and managing sub[1]contractors
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Prolog Manager
Get the job done through selfmotivation, effective prioritization skills and integrity
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work as a team

Pay:
$110, $115,000.00 per year
