The position requires a dedicated, compassionate, and consistently pedagogical approach to positively empower adolescents in their development.

You are well suited for the task if you can maintain an overview in challenging situations. We are looking for motivated colleagues who carry out their profession with passion and work responsibly with young people. A high level of empathy and a constructive working style complete your profile.

A willingness to work shifts, be on call at night, and work on weekends is necessary to ensure continuous care for the adolescents.

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting adolescents in managing their daily lives, leisure activities, and in dealing with administrative and legal processes
  • Participation in and shaping of conceptual development
  • Supervising support staff
