- Include Cath Lab in the hospital (consults 3-4 per day plus EP cases 4-6 a day depending on case length)

- Other Info: Cath Lab Schedules:
- Between Mon-Fri; 7a-530p: at the hospital
- Every Wed; 8a-5p (clinic)
- Every 2nd Fri of the month 8a-5p (Telemed Clinic)
- Every 4th Fri of the month 8a-5p (clinic; 1st patient at 9a)
- Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
- Active AZ License or IMLC
- BC/BE
