- Develop and maintain detailed reports on Administrative Benefit Officer engagement, capturing key metrics and interactions.
- Provide regular updates on engagement trends, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Generate comprehensive win, loss, and new opportunity reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and factors contributing to successful outcomes.
- Track and report on the success of various marketing tactics and campaigns targeting Administrative Benefit Officers.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to assess the effectiveness of different strategies and channels.
- Provide insights into the performance of specific tactics, marketing efforts, and agencies, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the impact of reported data on overall business objectives.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to support campaign execution by providing relevant data and insights.
- Collaborate on the development of reporting mechanisms to assess campaign performance.
- Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reporting or analytics role.
- Proven experience in data reporting and analysis, preferably in a B2B marketing or sales context
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software and with Excel.
- Excellent diligence and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Administrative Benefit Officer engagement and related industry metrics.
