Sign On Bonus Available:
Complete 90 days – Receive $1,500
Compete six (6) months – Receive an additional $1,500
Position Summary:
Primary responsibilities are to troubleshoot, maintain and repair commercial kitchen refrigeration equipment.
Additional responsibilities include performing highly diversified duties like installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining facility buildings and equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems, and processes.
Essential Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen refrigeration equipment.
Examples of equipment are but not limited to ice machines, walk-in and reach in coolers, and walk in and reach in freezers.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and ensure safe and reliable operation. This includes managing water filtration on ice machines.Diagnose issues with performance through observation, testing and setup.
Keep up to date on new equipment and technology.
Communicate part orders and repair status with Facilities Supervisor.
Follow all Club policies and procedures, particularly regarding safety.
Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing troubleshooting and repair of club equipment and facilities.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to the Facilities Supervisor.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
Must be available to work Monday – Saturday on a 40-hour work week. Additional hours and/or overtime may be required from time to time.

EPA Certification is a must.
Familiarity with plumbing and electrical codes and regulations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a Team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Standard computer skills with ability to operate MS Word and Excel.
Ability to competently use a variety of gauges, meters, measuring instruments, torches, and hand tools.
Self-motivated with a proven ability to prioritize and work independently.
Valid driver's license.
Education & Work Experience Requirements:
A High School Diploma or G.E.D.
A Trade School Diploma and/or Journeyman License preferred.
5 years' work experience in Kitchen Cold Equipment Service.
Possess CFESA Certification in Refrigeration.
EPA/NATE Certification to work on Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration
