We are seeking a RN Case Manager who is dedicated to providing exceptional care to those we serve at Loyola Medicine.
Reporting to the Manager of Case Management supports an integrated and comprehensive Performance Improvement program for MacNeal Hospital.Objectively and systematically assesses, monitors, evaluates and improves the processes that affect the quality of patient care, ensuring compliance with the MacNeal Hospital mission and values, the Care Management Program, rules and regulations and MacNeal policies and regulatory standards.

Certification in Case Management preferred or willing to acquire within two (2) years of hire.
