***: The purpose of this position is to serve snacks and beverages to members and guests. The position is expected to maintain a clean workspace and a visually appealing presentation of items. The Food and Beverage Associate will offer excellent customer service and upsell to meet the revenue budget.


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:

- $16.00-$17.30 hourly based upon relevant experience to the role.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
  • Familiar with basic beverage equipment.
  • Background in restaurants or food service preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
  • Bi-Lingual a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills, energetic, enthusiastic and motivational.
  • High standards in ethics service and image.
  • Food Handler Certification
  • Occasional bending, kneeling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent standing, walking, reaching, climbing and balancing around club.
  • The noise level is usually moderate to high at times.
  • Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
