Morong Falmouth, a long-standing southern Maine luxury and premium new car dealership is searching for a customer service associate to join our fast paced vehicle service center.

We are looking for a positive and focused individual who is organized, efficient, and enjoys working with people, and who can interact with our clients in a professional manner.

This position will require strong phone and computer skills, the ability to multitask, good attention to detail and the ability to closely follow set procedures.

Previous customer service and/or call center experience is strongly preferred.

This position requires clear communication, excellent customer service ability, the ability to manage your own tasks within a fast-paced environment, and a sense of urgency.

This position does hold the potential for future advancement both within the BDC as well as the rest of the company.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Contact customers after service visits to gauge their satisfaction with their visit.
• Enter accurate customer data within the data management system.
• Serve as the primary backup to our Service Business Development Center, answering incoming customer calls and assisting with appointment making.
• Contact customers to remind them of upcoming service needs, based on vehicle history, previously declined services and manufacturer recommendations.

This job requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license.

This is an upscale sales and service business in which this position is the first impression of our company for many of our customers.

A professional attitude and positive outlook are necessary. Previous experience in a call center setting or in a high level customer service setting would be helpful.
