- Manage and supervise the operational and administrative functions of the Health Center.
- Recruit, interview, supervise, and direct support staff.
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Health Center.
- Foster teamwork and build strong relationships with the healthcare team.
- Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing feedback and support.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and HIPAA regulations.
- Plan and coordinate Health Center operations.
- Supervise staff scheduling and daily duties.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members.
- Implement process improvements to enhance patient service.
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Participate in organizational meetings and goal-setting activities.
- Manage Operations Budget and oversee supplies inventory.
- Adhere to performance expectations and professional standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or Health-related field preferred.
- Five years' experience in healthcare administration with management experience.
- Expertise in computer skills and Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
- Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency is a plus.
- Current CPR certification.
- Proficiency in English language, computer, and telephone use.
- Prolonged desk work with occasional standing and lifting requirements.
- Maintain professional appearance and work under controlled environments.
- Possibility of exposure to hazardous materials with safety precautions in place.
