:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver assigned assets such as PowerPoints, Fliers, Signage, Magazine Ads, Direct Mail Inserts, Web Banners, etc.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Create engaging and visually appealing designs that follow brand guidelines, resonate with target audiences and effectively communicate the brand message.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall design strategy.
- Support the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- BS/BBA degree in marketing or a related field and/ or equivalent related work experience preferred, but not required.
- Proven graphic designing experience (1+ years)
- A portfolio of design work
- Knowledge of design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, HTML/CSS a plus)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work under tight deadlines in the development of campaigns and collateral
- Experience working on a PC platform is required
