Milford is currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist for our Königsbrunn location.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Creating quotes
Processing and managing orders, from order acceptance to invoicing and delivery (including creating shipping documents and handling export procedures via ATLAS)
Working closely with the Pero sales team, supporting projects and coordinating with other departments
Tracking deadlines, gathering customer feedback, and communicating with clients
Maintaining master data, such as customer information in the CRM system
Participating in trade shows and conferences

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

Completed commercial apprenticeship
Previous experience in sales support and export is preferred
Excellent English skills (fluent), additional foreign language skills are desirable
Good knowledge of current customs and export regulations
Independent and reliable work ethic
Team player
