Responsibilities:

MUST HAVE FURNITURE DELIVERY EXPERIENCE ( WHITE GLOVE)

• Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle (tractortrailer, box truck, etc.) to transport goods to customers
• Load and unload products from the vehicle using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
• Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
• Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery receipts and mileage logs

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in route driving or delivery preferred
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading deliveries
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment
