Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure phases of projects in accordance with project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, estimates, objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Identify business opportunities and follow through with bid creation and submission.
  • Look for and present value engineering opportunities to potential and current clients.
  • Coordinate project teams, assign tasks, and provide direction and support to team members to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and identify and address potential risks and issues in a timely manner.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, team members, vendors, and executives, to provide updates, gather feedback, and manage expectations.
  • Manage project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints and maximize profitability.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication, trust, and accountability among project team members.
  • Conduct project reviews and evaluations to assess project performance, identify lessons learned, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for projectrelated inquiries, escalations, and conflict resolution.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experienced in Project management.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, overseeing the successful delivery of
complex projects in construction/renovations.

  • Blueprint proficient (We don't need both, blueprint proficient should suFice).
  • Understanding of construction documents.
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in bidding for new business.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to
influence, motivate, and inspire cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on prioritization, delegation, and multitasking in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software's.
  • Sound understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and
best practices.

  • Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and solve problems eFectively
to achieve project objectives.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with
stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Adaptability and resilience in the face of ambiguity, change, and challenges.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and staying
updated on industry trends and advancements.
