    A Smile to GROW With is looking for a full-time Greetings Coordinator to join their team.

    We are a fast-growing practice and looking for a compassionate, detail oriented and organized candidate to fill this role.

    Our Greetings Coordinator welcomes our patients to the office and checks them in. They also answer phones, make patient appointments, will make confirmation and follow up calls to our patients, as well as ensure our waiting area is clean and restocked.

    Our ideal candidate for this position believes in:

    • Giving our patients their highest level of service every day.
    • Standing behind all the services that we offer
    • Working with everyone on our team for a smooth and productive day.
    • An understanding of how patients feel walking into a dental office and how to make them as comfortable as possible.

    A Smile to GROW with Staff Schedule

    Monday 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

    Tuesday 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

    Wednesday 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

    Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

    The expectation is that you will stay until patients have been dismissed, and end of day responsibilities are completed.

    You may be required to stay after patients on Mondays to complete training.
