Job Title: Quality Inspector - Bloomfield, United States - R&D Dynamics Corporation

Description

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials, inprocess components, and finished products according to established inspection procedures and specifications.
• Utilize measuring tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMMs to perform accurate and reliable inspections.
• Record inspection results and maintain detailed inspection records and documentation.
• Identify and document nonconformances and work with crossfunctional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Communicate inspection findings and quality issues to relevant stakeholders and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve qualityrelated issues.
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate quality metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.

• CQI (Certified Quality Inspector) certification preferred.
• Previous experience in a quality inspection role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and quality standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in inspection activities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional technical training or certification in quality assurance, inspection, or related field preferred.
